"One morning I attended a group session at at Frank Fitness. It was recommended by a friend and it was unlike any other gym or class I had experienced! The session was held in a garage and this allowed us to not only use the top of the line equipment, but we were able to work out outside as well! Three years later I’m still attending this gym and am loving every minute of it! Tiffany is a wonderful coach that works with everyone on an individual basis! She teaches proper technique for strength training and manages to create extensive and challenging daily WOD’s. After three years of working out at Frank Fitness, I’m stronger than ever and have made changes to my diet which have helped me to reach my fitness goals. Tiffany has created a great workout community at Frank Fitness, that I highly recommend! Tiffany is not only our trainer, but a true inspiration to myself and her fellow clients. "I first met Tiffany working out in Quinn’s garage. She would always inspire me to work hard and we encouraged each other throughout the workouts. I was so excited when she became a coach at 79 South CrossFit as I knew she would be an awesome coach and she exceeded my expectations. I am not a morning person but I got up every morning during the week to workout at 5:30 a.m. because she was the coach. Tiffany not only encouraged me but pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. I was probably in the best shape of my life when I was working out with her. She is great at instructing and creative with developing the daily workouts. Tiffany pushes you but makes sure that your form is correct to prevent injuries. I also took a break from CrossFit for over a year due to some work and personal issues and I credit Tiffany with getting me back to the gym and for this I can’t thank her enough! Tiffany was one of my favorite coaches & I will miss her dearly but I highly recommend her as a coach, Tiff is the best!"

I know she will push me, but I also know she will check and double check my form. She won't allow me to risk injury just to beat my time or to 1 rep max. "I remember I questioned whether I would like Tiffany (Frank) when she came on board as a trainer at our CrossFit box. She was opinionated, outspoken, and a stranger to me telling me what I needed to do to improve physically. And she was a she! I came to realize she was exactly what I needed as a trainer. She was tough on me, she was tough on everyone. She was motivating, she was instructive, and a pretty cool lady. Before she and Chris moved their family to the mid-west, she participated in several training sessions with a Ragnar Relay team of mine. She was not a member of the team but made almost all of the training sessions. She didn't enjoy running, yet she was the strongest member of the group. That said a lot. Anyone with the opportunity to train with Tiffany would benefit from the experience. I would definitely encourage it."

She has an innate ability to push you to the max yet know your physical limitations to prevent injury. One thing always stands out in my head about Tiffany. Awhile back, I made a personal goal of doing a 24 inch box jump but I had fear from some bad accidents involving the 20 inch box. She supported me and showed me the correct technique to stay safe. It took me a while but I built up the nerve to try and did it! Thanks to Coach Tiff I have no more shin wounds! Not only is Tiffany a fantastic coach she is an incredible athlete as well. I was continually impressed with her abilities to push herself but know when to rest as well. I highly recommend Frank Fitness with Tiffany! I wish I lived closer and I would attend as well!"
